My New Year’s Eve wedding started out at St. Peter’s Cathedral which was still decked out with ornamentation from Christmas. From there, Rose, the bride, and Michael, the groom, hid out in the lush accommodations of The Colonnade, while Paul and Joshua greeted the guests as they arrived for the reception. Each room of The Colonnade is so rich with character, it’s difficult to not get a beautiful shot. Once Michael and Rose joined their guests, I shot feverishly to keep up with the energy of the atmosphere and eagerly awaiting the New Year, at which point, the party spilled out onto Jefferson Avenue to watch Scranton’s firework display.
